While gaining a thorough understanding of a customer’s needs and problems is important in product development, we realize lengthy consultations are not helpful. With a key focus on speed, members of our product development team often visit in person the shops or factories where coatings are actually used so that they can design the product quickly and deliver a test product faster than any of our competitors.

Paints are semi-finished products and thus need proper preparation and coating procedures to achieve the best possible results.　Therefore, when there is a problem with film performance or workability arising from a change in conditions, we need to find out the cause of the problem and make subtle changes to the formula.
